How to Wear Bare Skins™ Silicone Lifts
Step 1: Prep Your Skin
Start with clean, dry skin. Do not apply lotions, oils, or powders before use, as this can affect adhesion.
Step 2: Remove Protective Film
Gently peel off the backing to expose the adhesive.
Step 3: Position for Coverage
Place the center of the Lift & Cover over the nipple area to ensure full coverage.
Step 4: Lift and Apply
Gently lift the breast to your desired position.
While lifting, press the upper portion of the product onto the skin to create a natural lift.
Step 5: Smooth and Secure
Press firmly and smooth out the edges to ensure a secure hold and seamless finish under clothing.
How to Remove
- Slowly peel from the top downward.
- If needed, dampen with warm water to help loosen the adhesive.
- Wash gently with Bare Refresh™ Cleanser or mild soap and water
- Air dry completely before storing.

Do not scrub the adhesive
Air dry completely with adhesive side facing up
Once dry, reapply protective film and store properly
