Return Policy

You can make a return within 30 days of placing your order for a refund.

You may return new and unworned merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on the product. You are responsible for shipping to return the product to us.  We'll however pay the return shipping costs if the return was a result of our error (you received an incorrect or item was defective).

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of returning your package to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 15 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days).

Request a Return for Exchange or Refund:
If you need to request a return or exchange, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you did not create an account during checkout, you will need to email a request to our returns team at returns@baretique.com

If you do not have email setup on your computer/smartphone, please copy and paste the email address and send via your personal email account. You can also contact us via online chat or at our customer service number for this email address.

RETURNS POLICY NOTICE:
Returns must be requested via your account or email, we currently do not accept returns by our customer service telephone service. Our policy is in place to prevent errors and confirmation of the policy and procedures for returns. We do not refund shipping, processing or other service costs associated with your order.

Special Returns Process:
Some items have a special returns process or procedure. For these products, you will have information available to you within the product description.  Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the product(s).
 
Non-Returnable Merchandise:
Merchandise on clearance and marked as Final Sale items cannot be returned.  

Even though some products may not be returnable, due to the nature of the product, please let us know of any issues or problems, be assured that we will do what we can to resolve your issues. If you have any questions about a specific product, please feel free to contact customer service.
Submit a Return Request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

Log in to your account:
  1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  7. Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Frequently Asked Questions

Standard of free shipping orders are normally delivered within 3-7 days. We also offer expedited shipping services. Priority shipping is 2-3 business days and Express is 1-2 days (USPS with Saturday delivery).

Yes we do, but you may be responsible for custom charges. We ship to Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean.
