Shipping Information

Our current offer is FREE standard shipping for orders $25.00 and over for orders within the United States.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Our flat rate is first class mail via the USPS (United States Postal Service).  Please also note that the shipping rates for UPS are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Delivery
We aim to deliver our products as quickly as possible. If your purchase will be delayed pass the normal shipping/delivery time, we may contact you by email or telephone to notify you of the delay.  We will notify you by e-mail/telephone if there are any delays with your shipments or in the unlikely event of any item being unavailable.  If you need an order immediately, contact us from the Customer Service page for inventory related questions.  Most of our orders ship within three business days for items that are requested by standard shipping.
 
International Orders
You may be responsible for additional fees associated with your order at the time of receipt. Please note that we cannot be responsible for these fees. Please contact your customs agency for information on fees and other restrictions, prior to placing your order.  We do offer Gift orders, but it must be selected during checkout.  Please contact us for additional information prior to order, if you have any additional questions.  With International First-Class shipping the order may take 3 or more weeks for delivery and you should consider an alternative shipping method if required sooner. We also offer expedited international shipping during checkout.
