What size do I need?
Coverage is based on the size and fit you desire:

Standard is 3.15in/8cm size is great for cup sizes A-C

Full is 4in/10cm and is good for sizes D-DD or those with A-C cup sizes and bands over 40in.

Plus is 5.10in/13cm and is great for those sizes DDD+ and those with A size D with a band size over 40.
