How To Use

How to Wear:

Start with clean, dry skin free of lotions or oils to ensure a strong hold.
Cut the desired length of tape from the roll.
Peel off one side of the protective backing and apply the tape directly to your skin where needed. Press down firmly to ensure good adhesion.
Peel off the remaining backing and gently press your clothing or fabric onto the exposed adhesive. Smooth down to secure.

Important Information: To pre-test skin, you can cut a small area of tape, apply it to your skin for about two hours, and remove it. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any irritation or itchiness during or after the test. Not intended for use on the breast if lactating or breastfeeding. Also, we encourage you to cover the areola and nipple area with nipple covers or a medical bandage before placing the body tape over the breast. We also suggest not wearing it longer than 8 hours to prevent skin irritation from adhesive.

How to Remove:

Begin by gently peeling the tape away from your fabric. Remove slowly to avoid any discomfort.
Once the tape is free from the fabric, you can use the Tabare Removal Oil to remove it gently from your skin.
