How to Use:

• Start with clean, dry skin free of lotions or oils.
• Gently peel off the protective film from the bra cups.
• Position each cup on your breasts, starting from the bottom and smoothing upwards.
• Press firmly to ensure a secure fit and adjust as needed for comfort and lift.

How to Clean:

After each use simply clean the adhesive bra with Tabare Cleanser or a mild soap and water and dry naturally with the fabric side down on a paper towel. 

Return the protective film and you can also store in the provided pouch.
